Feminism School maintains this website, any courses offered and other linked and related sites (the “Site”) for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and Feminism School. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.
USE OF SITE
Feminism School provides various materials, information, lectures, curriculum, exercises, questions, articles, news and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the “Materials”). Feminism School authorizes each User enrolled in a course to view and download one copy of the Materials. Materials may be downloaded and a maximum of one copy of the Materials may be printed provided that Users make no modifications to the Materials and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials. Users may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND RETURNS
There are no refunds for live workshops, seminars, programs, and digital courses. Deposits paid to secure mentorship, consulting, and coaching services are non-refundable. Deposits paid to secure program registrations are non-refundable. Payments for one-off consulting sessions are non-refundable. Sessions can be rescheduled by Client, if emergency or illness arises, with a minimum of 48 hours notice to Company. If less than 48-hours notice is provided, the session may be forfeited.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
We endeavor to describe and display the Service as accurately as possible. While we try to be as clear as possible in explaining the Service, please do not accept that the Site is entirely accurate, current, or error-free. From time to time we may correct errors in pricing and descriptions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price listing.

OUR SERVICES ARE NOT TO BE USED IN PLACE OF MEDICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES FROM AN APPROPRIATE MEDICAL OR THERAPEUTIC PROVIDER.

IN THOSE PROVINCES OR STATES THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR THE DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST POSSIBLE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN NO EVENT SHALL FEMINISM SCHOOL'S CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SERVICE YOU HAVE PURCHASED FROM FEMINISM SCHOOL AND IF NO PURCHASE HAS BEEN MADE BY YOU TO FEMINISM SCHOOL, CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
INDEMNIFICATION
You shall indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, settlements, liabilities, costs, charges, assessments, and expenses, as well as third party claims and causes of action, including, without limitation, attorney’s fees, arising out of any breach by you of any of these Terms and Conditions, or any use by you of the Site or Service. You shall provide us with such assistance, without charge, as we may request in connection with any such defense, including, without limitation, providing us with such information, documents, records, and reasonable access to you, as we deem necessary. You shall not settle any third party claim or waive any defense without our prior written consent.
APPLICABLE LAW
The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New York, USA. Failure to enforce strict performance of the Terms of Use of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Feminism School may assign its rights and duties under the Terms of Use without notice to any party at any time.
